NTT Global Threats Intelligence

Problem
NTT, a global telecommunications company, was seeking to expand their cybersecurity offering. However, their reports where highly inaccessible for a business audience.

Solution: Product Design
User research pointed us to creating a highly visual user interface, one that allowed us to showcase the power and accuracy of NTT’s cyber-security threat detection. By visualizing real-time global cyber attacks in an interactive map, it facilitated an understanding of data for analysts, whilst making the benefits tangible for a business audience.

Solution: Growth Design

Our content strategy favored short, insights-driven articles centered around key popular search topics that mapped back to NTT’s services. To streamline content creation and publishing workflow, we developed a custom content management system (CMS) that integrated directly to NTT’s existing work environment.


Results

Our highly visual, more intelligible user interface, paired with the magazine-like content marketing portal helped make NTT’s cyber-security product offering more accessible to the decision-making audience. Our work helped grow visits and engagement by over 100%, but more importantly it helped turn over 5% of visitors into high quality leads for sales and marketing.
