Ruth Health

Problem
Ruth Health, a maternal health company, wanted to reposition and revamp their experience as they were looking to scale and grow.

After initial discovery, we realized potential patients did not fully understand the services Ruth Health provided or how, and when, were those services relevant to them.

User Research
We performed additional user research to better understand patient needs. We storyboarded the patient experience to identify key opportunities where Ruth Health could make a tangible difference by effectively addressing those gaps. Righting these wrongs became the center of the new experience.

Solution

  • We created a digital destination for maternal support and care.

  • We streamlined the patient experience by prioritizing booking appointments and removing unnecessary friction from the account creation process, like filling medical forms. 

  • We helped increase agility by creating a library of components that enables them to easily test new products and services


Results

Since launch, user acquisition has increased by 71% and engagement by 40%. Furthermore, not only were the founders and team members ecstatic about their relaunch, patients loved the new experience.
